Message to Our Customers: Technical Service Details

SunTech Medical is focused on the continual advancement of blood pressure monitoring products and technologies for the benefit of our customers, patients, employees and shareholders. In order to maintain our commitment to clinical grade products at the leading edge of technology, beginning January 1, 2017, our technical service department is announcing a 10-year service limit for repair and replacement services.

As we continually strive to provide the latest in blood pressure technology, our older test equipment is no longer able to be updated and maintained. Due to test equipment and software going out of date and no longer being supported, we will no longer service SunTech Medical products that were purchased over 10 years ago. We will continue to provide the highest level of customer and technical service for all of our other products and we would be happy to suggest a replacement for any outdated products.
