Clinical Associate (Int. Level)
Job Summary
This position will be responsible for providing clinical support for product development and customer support by assisting with the collection of physiological data (e.g., performing auscultatory blood pressure measurements in the office and in the field), organizing, and analyzing this data. The incumbent will work with internal and external clinical staff, and personnel from other departments, to perform validations on medical devices to clinical standards.
Engineering Technician
Job Summary:
Assist the engineering team with medical device/equipment product design and development. Assemble circuits and other electrical components of medical device/equipment products and building and validating process test equipment. Conduct electrical tests on the functionality of product prototypes and document the results. Suggest design modifications and improvements. Works closely with the clinical and engineering staff on special requirements and documentation. This position will work under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment; consultation with senior peers to learn through experience is expected.
Sustaining Engineer
Job Summary:
The Sustaining Engineer will report within the Engineering department and be responsible for providing engineering technical support to the Production Department at SunTech Medical in NC and in China. The candidate will work closely with production department to minimize down time, improve test yields, and validate new test production test software, including updates and to validate new product software. The Sustaining Engineer will also be responsible for coordinating the responses for Customer complaints and Corrective actions assigned to the Engineering group. This engineer will work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment, consulting with senior engineers as needed.
