Return Goods Policy
SunTech Medical offers an industry-leading warranty repair sevice for all of its products. This warranty is two years for most products. See your Product User Manual for further details or contact SunTech Medical.
No-cost telephone support can be obtained by any owner of a SunTech product via one of SunTech's repair centers. In the event, that telephone troubleshooting does not eliminate the problem, customers can return their product for repair. The customer MUST obtain a SunTech RMA number prior to the product return, for products under warranty as well as those out of warranty.
Warranty repairs will be carried out free of charge during the warranty period, unless the problem was caused by customer damage, water exposure, etc. The cost of return to SunTech is borne by the customer, however SunTech will return the product free-of-charge using the same method of shipment used by the customer for the RMA return.
For SunTech products of out-of-warranty, the product will be repaired for a fee. This charge will be determined once the product has been examined and the customer will be advised of the cost of repair, prior to the work being commenced. Cost of shipping is paid for by the customer for the shipment to and from SunTech Medical.
No Fault Found returns (whether in warranty or not) will be charged at the current rate - this rate is reviewed on an annual basis.
For customers who wish to establish the product's total life-cycle costs, extended service agreements can be obtained at the time of the original purchase for an additional 1-3 years for most products.
Products and accessories cannot be returned to SunTech for any other reasons, except where agreed to in writing by SunTech prior to the return and provided the product is in "as new" condition. When agreed, there will be a re-stocking charge of up to 20% for all products and accessories.
