    ZOLL provides Hospital and EMS medical equipment designed to meet the specific demands and extreme conditions that clinicians and rescuers face every day. When transporting critical care patients, a defibrillator is a capability you need to have on hand, but you also need to keep track of crucial vital signs along the way. ZOLL needed a reliable, motion tolerant NIBP technology to support the total management of resuscitation by helping clinicians quickly respond to, diagnose, and treat sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and trauma victims.

    ZOLL utilizes SunTech Medical’s Advantage R-wave Motion Tolerance (RMT) technology on the R Series Defibrillator and became the first company to integrate this new technology with the Advantage A+ module platform. By using the patient’s R wave, the Advantage R-Wave Motion Tolerance technology focuses on the actual pulses and filters out the noise and motion artifact that can create error codes and failed readings. This provides the R Series Defibrillator with accurate and reliable performance, especially when there is patient movement during transport.
